If you are not content or satisfied with you purchased we are
here to help. Please read below.
Please note all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for
following reasons:
1. Not having or without any reason
2. On the base or news
3. On the base of rumors
4. Without any fault
5. Having no need for product
6. Unauthorized purchase
7. No longer want nor like product
In special cases, we allow returns and exchanges but only with
prior notice and approval from and by us.
We do however guarantee our product and in case of manufacturing
fault we stand behind our product.
RETURNS
You have 28 calendar days to return or exchange product once/if we have
approved from the date you received. Product must be in the same condition,
working or unused, that you received and in original packaging to be eligible
for return.
Must have receipt and/or proof of purchase.
1. Refunds (if applicable or
approved): We will inspect returned product once received. After
inspection, we will notify you status of refund. If return is approved we will
initiate a refund to card used (or method of payment).
You will receive the refund, or credit, within 10 calendar days
or depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2. Late or missing refunds
(if applicable or approved): If you
haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then
contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time
before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your
refund yet, please contact us at info@adimglobal.com.
3. Sale items (if
applicable or approved): Only regular priced
items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
4. Exchanges (if
applicable or approved): We only replace items
if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same
item, send us an email at info@aglappliances.com and send your item to:

SHIPPINGS
You the buyer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for
returning product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you
receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from you refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to
reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using
a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t
guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
